刘丽娟，女，1980年10月出生，博士，湖南科技大学数学与计算科学学院数学与应用数学系教师。

1、2004年07月～2007年08月，佳木斯大学，助教。

2、2010年07月～至今，湖南科技大学数学与应用数学系，讲师。

3、2018年09月～2019年09月，奥地利维也纳工业大学数学系，访问学者。

湖南省自然科学基金青年基金，2019JJ50172，函数空间上Minkowski赋值的特征研究，2019-01至2021-12，5万元，在研，主持。
