张博华，男，汉族，中共党员，湖南长沙宁乡人，1995年出生。2025年3月毕业于澳大利亚弗林德斯大学（Flinders University），获心理学博士学位；现为湖南科技大学教育学院心理系教师，讲师。近年来，围绕记忆与学习、言语发展等主题，以第一作者在《Behavioral and Brain Sciences》《Cortex》等期刊发表论文3篇。现担任《Current Psychology》《BMC Psychology》《心理科学》等期刊审稿专家。
