吴海波，男，1973年生，湖南常德人，博士，讲师，硕士生导师。

1996年本科毕业于天津大学，2007年硕士毕业于国防科技大学，2020年博士毕业于中南大学，获安全技术及工程专业博士学位。

2001年9月进入湖南科技大学计算机科学与工程学院，从事教学和科研工作。
