黄小平,男,1989年出生,湖南郴州人,博士,硕士生导师,目前为化工系与能化系教工党支部书记、化工系副主任。主要从事精细化工与分离工程、资源清洁高效综合利用技术、功能膜材料的开发与应用等方面的研究。目前主持湖南省自然科学基金基金项目、湖南省教育厅一般项目,曾参与国家863计划项目、国家自然科学基金等项目。近年来,以第一作者或通讯作者先后在Chemical Engineering Science、Langmuir、Applied Surface Science、Journal of Environmental Management、Colloids and Surfaces A、Minerals Engineering等SCI期刊发表学术论文10余篇,申请PCT专利1项,中国发明专利6项,授权4项。现为中国化工学会会员,有色金属智库认证专家,Chemical Engineering Science、ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering、Applied Surface Science等国际知名权威期刊审稿人。
