杨宗长，男，1972.10，博士，教授，硕士生导师, 2020年认定为湘潭市高层次人才(D类)。研究方向为研究方向：信号处理与应用建模、软计算与模式识别、通信与信息系统及嵌入式技术、电力系统分析。近年来，主持省级科研项目及教育厅科研项目计2项，参与国家自然科学基金两项、省级项目计6项。以第一作者并通信作者在专业学术期刊IET Signal Processing, IET Generation Transmission & Distribution, Energy Conversion and Management, International Journal of Electrical Power and Energy Systems, Stochastic Environmental Research and Risk Assessment, Circuits Systems and Signal Processing, Natural Resource Modeling, Applied Soft Computing, Peer-to-Peer Networking and Applications, International Journal of Machine Learning and Cybernetics, Journal of Computing in Civil Engineering, Journal of Control, Automation and Electrical Systems, Measurement, Journal of Environmental Informatics等国际英文期刊上，发表30余篇SCI/EI收录论文。
