郝志伟，理学博士，校聘副教授，硕士生导师，湖南科技大学“奋进学者”，湖南科技大学数学与计算科学学院概率统计研究所所长。

2015年9月-2017年9月，受国家留学基金委资助在美国University of Texas at San Antonio数学系联合培养两年。

目前主持国家自然科学基金项目1项。
